1. Eligibility for Refunds You may request a refund if: • Your item is delivered damaged or defective • You received the wrong item • You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery, and the item is unused and in original condition
2. Non-Refundable Items We do not accept refund requests for: • Custom-made or special order furniture • Items that show signs of use or damage due to mishandling • Sale or clearance items
